Dear Patrick, I opened the box when A brought the earrings home last night and was just amazed at how you managed to make such beautiful earrings from my crude drawing. They are fabulous. Exactly what I had visualized. Thanks again for the outstanding work, Patrick, and for the prompt service. I ended up with earrings that are much nicer than the ones at Birks, set in 18K gold rather than 14K, better quality and colour stones, a very ingenious safety device, and all for far less money than Birks had quoted me for the earrings using stones of about 25 points.
